This website is operated by Insurance for Ltd, trading as Conflict Cover.

    2. The Insurance Product

Conflict Cover is a trading name of Insurance for Ltd. Policies arranged through this website are insured by Atlas Life Insurance (PCC) Ltd, licensed and regulated by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority and 100% reinsured by Lloyd's of London.

Insurance for Ltd acts as administrator of specialist insurance schemes. We do not underwrite insurance directly. Your contract of insurance is between you and the insurer, Atlas Life Insurance (PCC) Ltd.

Policy terms, conditions, exclusions and limits are set out in the relevant policy wording and schedule issued to you at the time of purchase. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and your policy wording, your policy wording shall prevail.

    3. Eligibility

To purchase a policy through this website you must:

    • Be aged 18 or over
    • Be acting in your own capacity or as an authorised representative of an organisation
    • Provide accurate and complete information at the time of application
    • Not be subject to sanctions that would prevent us from providing services to you

By purchasing a policy you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Providing false or misleading information may invalidate your cover.

    4. Duty of Disclosure

You have a duty to disclose all information that is material to your insurance. Material information is anything that would influence the judgement of a prudent underwriter in deciding whether to accept the risk and on what terms.

This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Your intended destinations and operational locations
    • The nature of activities or work to be carried out
    • Any pre-existing medical conditions relevant to the cover sought
    • Any previous claims or incidents
    • Any professional restrictions, exclusions, or previous refusals of insurance

Failure to disclose material information may result in your policy being voided, a claim being declined, or reduced settlement of a claim.

    5. Purchase and Commencement of Cover

Cover commences on the start date specified in your policy schedule. You will receive policy documents by email following successful payment and completion of the application process.

It is your responsibility to review the policy documents carefully and satisfy yourself that the cover meets your requirements before travelling or commencing operations.

Policies must be purchased before the planned trip or operational period commences. We cannot arrange backdated cover.

    6. Cancellation and Cooling-Off Period

    Cooling-Off Period

You have a right to cancel your policy within 14 days of the date of purchase (or the date you received your policy documents, if later) provided no claim has been made and the period of insurance has not commenced or expired.

A full refund will be provided in these circumstances, subject to any administration charges that may be applied by the insurer and set out in your policy wording.

    Cancellation After Cooling-Off Period

After the 14-day cooling-off period, cancellation terms are as set out in your policy wording. Refunds outside the cooling-off period are not guaranteed and may be subject to a short-period cancellation charge.

    Cancellation by Us

We or the insurer reserve the right to cancel a policy where there has been fraud, misrepresentation, or non-disclosure of material information, or where required to do so under applicable law or regulation.

    7. Claims

Claims must be notified in accordance with the procedure set out in your policy wording. Failure to notify a claim promptly may affect the outcome of the claim.

For emergency assistance, contact Northcott Global Solutions (NGS) using the details provided in your policy documents. NGS operates 24/7/365 and can assist with medical emergencies, evacuation coordination, and case management where covered by your policy.

Claims are assessed and paid by the insurer, not by Insurance for Ltd. Our role is to assist in the administration of claims where appropriate.

All claims information and documentation must be provided promptly and in full. Supporting evidence may be required, including medical reports, police reports, or other documentation relevant to the incident.

    8. Key Exclusions

All policies contain exclusions. You should read your policy wording carefully to understand what is and is not covered. Common exclusions include but are not limited to:

    • Directly participating in armed combat or military operations
    • Criminal acts or deliberate self-harm
    • Claims arising from use of alcohol or illegal substances
    • Activities or destinations excluded under the terms of your specific policy
    • Events occurring outside the geographic scope of the policy
    • Claims arising from non-disclosed pre-existing medical conditions (unless otherwise agreed)
    • Events arising from sanctions-listed persons, entities, or jurisdictions

This list is not exhaustive. Your policy wording contains the full and definitive list of exclusions applicable to your policy.

    9. Sanctions

We are unable to provide insurance services to individuals or organisations that are subject to international sanctions, or in respect of activities, assets, or destinations that are subject to sanctions imposed by the United Kingdom, the United Nations, the European Union, or other applicable authorities. Acceptance of an application does not guarantee cover in the event that a sanctions issue subsequently arises.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

    • Use the website in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation
    • Transmit unsolicited or unauthorised advertising material
